The Gindu Pub Classic LLB
The LLB (Lemon Lime and Bitters) is one of Australia's most-loved pub classics, and this gin LLB cocktail gives the old favourite a grown-up backbone. Built on Gindu Australian Dry Gin, it pairs bright citrus and aromatic bitters to capture the dry, sun-warmed character of the Australian landscape. Easy to make and endlessly refreshing, this spiked Lemon Lime and Bitters recipe is the gin cocktail to reach for on a hot afternoon, at a backyard BBQ, or any time you want a long, thirst-quenching drink with real depth.
Tasting notes
Tall, fizzy and impossibly easy to drink. Fresh lemon and lime lead the way, lifted by the warm spice of aromatic bitters and the clean, botanical bite of Gindu Australian Dry Gin. There's a gentle sweetness that rounds everything off, while plenty of ice keeps each sip crisp and cold. It's the familiar comfort of a classic LLB with a refined, gin-driven twist - light enough for session sipping, complex enough to feel special.
