The Alpine Gimlet

  • 60ml Gindu Alpine Gin
  • 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 5ml Green Chartreuse (optional)
  • Garnish: Alpine Mint or Lime wheel
  • Glass: Coupe
  • Ice: Lots

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with lots of ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, strain and serve over ice into a coupe glass, then garnish.
