Gindu Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Gin Down Under Pty Ltd, ABN 66 642 630 135, of 718 High Street East Kew VIC 3102.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and its related agencies are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition period
The competition opens at 12.00am AEST on 26 June 2026 and closes at 12.00am AEST on 12 July 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to enter
To enter, eligible entrants must purchase a 500ml bottle from the Gindu range during the competition period and retain proof of purchase
5. Entry limits
One entry per each bottle ordered.
6. Prize
The winner will receive 6 x 500ml bottles of Gindu from the range. Total prize value is approximately $464. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
7. Draw method
Winner will be drawn manually from complying customer orders
8. Draw Date/Location
Winner will be drawn on Monday 13th July 2026 In Melbourne, Victoria
9. Winner notification
The winner will be notified by email within [number] business days of the draw. The winner may be required to provide proof of age and identity before the prize is awarded or delivered.
10. Redraw
If the winner is uncontactable for more than 7 days (or 2 attempts by email) the prize will be re-drawn
11. Prize delivery
The prize will be delivered to an Australian address supplied by the winner, subject to applicable alcohol delivery requirements. The prize will only be awarded to a person aged 18 years or over.
12. Responsible alcohol conditions
The Promoter supports the responsible consumption of alcohol. Entrants must not encourage excessive, rapid or irresponsible drinking, underage drinking, drinking before or while driving, or suggest that alcohol contributes to personal, social, sporting, sexual or professional success.
13 Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner and award the prize. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy: https://www.gindu.com.au/pages/privacy .
14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms, and amend, suspend or cancel the competition if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
